The “Request a call” form

We collect your name, the name of your business, your city, your phone number and, if you wish, your email and a message. Only to call you back about your request, with your consent (the tick box).

This information is kept for at most 3 years after your request, then erased automatically.

Reaching out to businesses

Brainlight Lab presents its services by email to local businesses (restaurants, firms, tradespeople, garages, salons…). We use the business name, its town, the professional email address it publishes on its website and public information from its Google listing (rating, number of reviews, phone, website). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in presenting an offer related to its activity.

We keep no address when the website says it refuses unsolicited offers. We send no text messages and make no automated calls. Each message says where the address comes from and contains a link to stop receiving messages. It contains no tracking pixel or tracking link.

Information from the Google listing is erased 30 days after it was read, except the business name and its listing identifier. A business never contacted is erased after 30 days; a business contacted that did not reply, 12 months after collection; after a reply, 3 years after its last message. A demo prepared for a business is deleted at most 45 days after it was created, together with any tests made in it, unless the business becomes a client.

To stop being contacted: the link in the message, a “STOP” reply or a simple request. Your address, your messages and your demo are erased at once, and your record within 30 days. We keep only your Google listing identifier and an encrypted fingerprint of your address, for at least 3 years, so that we never write to you again.

Who can access it

Brainlight Lab, and its technical providers for their own task only: Supabase (database, in Paris), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (notification emails), Google (business listings search) and Anthropic (AI writing of demos and messages). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
