This website is a demo prepared by Brainlight Lab to present its services. It is not affiliated with the restaurant and is not its official page. Bookings made here are used for the demo only.

Website hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com). Booking data is hosted by Supabase, on servers in Paris (European Union).

When you book, on this website or by phone: your name, your phone number, the date, time, party size and, if you wish, a note for the team (allergy, pushchair, birthday…).

When you order takeaway: your name, phone number, the dishes ordered and the pickup time. When you leave a message: your name, number and message.

If you mention an allergy or an accessibility need, it is used only to prepare your visit, because you chose to tell us. You can withdraw it at any time.

The restaurant's phone may be answered by Giulia, an artificial intelligence voice assistant. She says so at the start of every call. The conversation is processed by our voice provider (ElevenLabs) to understand and answer your request, and may be recorded to check the quality of the service.

Giulia never asks for card details, an email address or a postal address.

To record your booking or order, confirm it by text, remind you the day before with a link to confirm or cancel, and let you know if a table becomes free while you are on the waiting list. This is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

We never send marketing texts and never sell or rent your data.

The restaurant team, and our technical providers, each for its own task only: Brainlight Lab (design and operation), Supabase (database, in Paris), Vercel (website hosting), ElevenLabs (voice assistant) and our text message provider. When a provider is based outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your name, phone number and notes are erased automatically 12 months after the date of your booking or order, and 6 months after a message. Only anonymous figures (such as the number of guests) are kept.

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or object to its use, by contacting the restaurant by phone on 04 00 00 00 00. Erasure is carried out without delay. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
